We will gladly exchange unused items in their original condition within 5 days (restrictions may apply). 
Be Diff Kloset does not provide pre-paid return labels, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return.

Store Pick-Up is available SATURDAYS FROM 10AM-5PM ONLY. Orders must be picked up from Be Diff Glam located in Redford, MI. Customer will be contacted via email when order is ready.  ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED BEFORE PACKING TO ENSURE QUALITY PRODUCTS. Customer is fully responsible for order once contact is made. Exchange only within 5 days from date order was placed.
